Carnitas, I Rawk, y'all.

Made pork carnitas, well they are still simmering away in slow cooker. Will shred and eat tommorrow. Anyone got any recommendations?

Mine's got just cumin, onion, garlic, chilies and chipotle.
I will post a pic perhaps.

PS Aadil, the Garam Masala skewers were so hot J said he couldn't eat em for lunch...so they are all mine. Yumba.

Baby Garam Masala is supposed to be hot! lol! That why its called Garam Masala (lit. Hot Spice)! You're sure you did not ove spice it a bit to have all for yourself?

Fitena it is totally possible that I put too much Garam Masala on those skewers for a couple reasons;

1. I haven't cooked with it in so long, I forgot how hot it was.
2. I haven't used it in so long, I was thinking it would be good to get the jar out of the fridge.
