I wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry when I heard this!
Yes, this is a very scary society we live in. What makes it scarier is how nonchalant Joe Average seems to be about our loss of privacy since 9/11 for "security purposes".
Ms. is right up there! I can imagine how awgful this must feel. Take action? I just don't have a credit card!
